Essential add-on, with outstanding, rapid tech support.

It does what it says on the packet , can get a bit confusing deciding what size/ quality you needbut otherwise works well. BUT you have to download the "companion app" for full control otherwise it wont save the file to where you want it to and you don't know it hasnt updated until it fails to record . That is if you don't have Automatic update .... which I never do.

This product works extremely well. What works even better is the support we get from the add on author. Responds quickly to support requests and is extremely reliable! I am grateful that Dishita created this product and is supporting it and we all should support the effort however we can.

This is a great idea. I had been using Syncios for video downloads which required a lot more steps... this is so much more convenient. Love it.

ok so i found this add-on years ago and back then not only was it fresh but brilliant it just worked without question so i was happy to donate to the developer dishita for all the hard work,but when you do donate you are sent an email requesting that you keep the confirmation email of donation,move on years later and i had to reset my pc due to a virus,well lo and behold when i went to re-add the extension it was missing my pro version so i contacted the dev and they explained that i would need this confirmation email to re-use my pro version,i couldn't find it in my history so decided that i liked the add-on so much i would happily pay again towards development,scroll on a couple more years later and once again rinse and repeat with the virus and reinstall,also once again i mysteriously couldn't find the confirmation email once again but did find the email between me and the dev regarding the last time i 'lost' the confirmation email...this time around i mentioned to the developer that i had already paid twice for the pro service and sent what email i had as proof we were in contact about it,unfortunately the dev dishita was adamant i would have to re-pay a third time even thought i could prove we were in contact and they could have simply checked payments history to see if my name was there after much arguing and acusations of fraud from myself i decided to not send yet a third payment,i do love the add-on it is very usefull but going out of your way to get even more money out of a twice paid customer in my eyes is just wrong and i always thought that there was just something dodgy about those payment emails that just kept disappearing from my email history,anyways 3 stars is more than enough for the app as it does work very well...just don't like the dev's money grabbing attitude

Works fantastic, better than any other download-add-on I've tried and in case of (very very few) problems, there's help in a few hours. I don't think there is anyone else fixing problems caused by youtube as fast as this guy. Simply great !!! Thank you ! Cheers, ArminG.
