Extension works fine for the tasks I (personally) need it for, in fact the recent 4.0 update fixed the interaction issues I ran into

To be clear, I only use the extension to
- Select home page videos
- Select videos on personal playlists
- Select videos on playlists created by other users (Broken prior to recent update)
- Add selected videos to a playlist of choice, specifically only ever using the "Save to playlist" button
- Remove selected videos

If that is sufficient enough for you, it's possible to turn a blind eye to the other things as those should all work fine. But I can confirm that Add to Queue, Load Playlist, and moving videos to top of a playlist are indeed broken
Cut/paste works for me... maybe that's because I've only used it on a small scale?

Currently as for 28/10/2026, this extension is not working properly.

Stopped working after an update it seems.
Any way to go back to older version that worked?

Was 5* but not longer working properly. Please fix bugs:
1) export playlist only exports 100 videos.
2) the cut operation only shows up sometimes IDK why. And it does NOT work, when choosing cut it doesn't remove the video(s). The security question does pop up.
3) in the config different places say different version numbers, difficult to say which version it is.

What happened to the extension???? It was awesome, but now, the one feature I use almost exclusively doesn't work after the update. I click the videos I added to a playlist, I want to move said videos to the top of the playlist, then I select "Move To The Top" and nothing happens. From 5 stars to 1 star smh

I like the new option to load the entire playlist. However, I have two major issues and the last one makes this update unusable for me. I hope it gets fixed.

1. I have to reload the webpage to get all the options in the menu. When the page loads for the first time, the Move to Top and Move to Bottom options are missing from the menu. When I reload the page, they appear in the menu.

2. The Move to Top and Move to Bottom options no longer. This was the feature that I used the most.

Updated review after the new update: It no longer works after the update when i try to select a video in my watch later playlist nothing happens, when i try to select a video on the home page it just takes me to the video's watch page instead of selecting it, this add on went from my favorite must have add on to being unusable please fix this, this was such a super useful add on and now it's just broken unusable trash.

Old review: Would be 5 stars if it had the ability to mass remove videos in a playlist that are in your watch later playlist kinda like how back in the day youtube would let you remove a whole playlist from your watch later playlist if every video in the playlist was in your watch later playlist already but what i would rather have is the ability to remove the videos in the playlist that are in your watch later playlist without needing to have every video from the playlist in your watch later playlist, i would also be fine with just a remove from watch later button like the add to watch later button but rather then adding videos that aren't already in the watch later playlist to the watch later playlist the button would remove the videos from the watch later playlist if there already in it. The reason i want this / need it is because i'm two years behind on some of the youtubers i watch leading to me having lets plays from them that i haven't watched yet with most of them being close to or longer then 100 videos meaning if i watch the first episode of the lets play and don't like it and end up not watching the lets play it ends up taking up room in the playlist until i get around to removing it all which is a real pain when they're 100 videos long, so if you could add the ability to remove playlist videos from watch later that would be super helpful and make my year no really it would make my year if you added it. Also sorry for making you read the word playlist 15 times well 16 now.

I see no reason, cause, or motive for accessing the clipboard. This change in permissions does not suit me; I prefer not to update.

Never stopped working for me, at least for my use. Though, I don’t understand either why it now ask for clipboard access ?! Let us toggle that feature ; even if legitimate, I won’t give that permission.

Why does it want access to my clipboard? Couldn't find the reason in recent changelog.

[Oct. 26, 2026 - Ver 4.0 on Firefox 158.0.1] - Updating my review as others are doing. I just rediscovered this add-on earlier this month and wrote a glowing review, and then lo and behold, like a week later a new version came out. I'm glad the extension is alive, but as others have already pointed out, there are some issues with it. I already reverted back to Ver. 3.7 until these issues are fixed.

1.) Load entire playlist seems to be slower -- MUCH slower. So slow, in fact, that it was the primary reason I downgraded back to the previous version of this extension. I suspect the previous method of anchoring to the bottom of the page was replaced with a newer method in the extension's backend. But instead of loading 100 videos in incremental batches, now it only seems to load like 2-3 videos at a time. For long playlists, that would take forever. Not worth the speed drop.

2.) As many others have noted, the extension now asks for clipboard access. It doesn't state why in the changelog, and even if a reason was given, that's a dangerous permission to grant.

3.) I neglected to mention this last time, and I haven't tested version 4 to see if this was fixed or not, but the Japanese language review by 睦月 below mentions it for version 3.7 and earlier. On other people's playlist pages (not your own), the extension doesn't detect the videos, and it always says 0/0 videos. The only way it will work is if you click on a video and open the playlist in the sidebar while on the video player page-- then you can use the extension normally on others' playlists.

4.) For some reason, as of last week even on version 3.7, the Cut option no longer works. Copy and Paste still work. But Cut doesn't actually remove the videos from your playlist.

5.) Export playlist does not export all videos. It stops at 100 videos. This was an issue in the previous version 3.7 as well.

So with these additional issues, I have changed my rating to 3/5. The previous version is still functional (minus the Cut option), but as most people will be evaluating the current version 4 in the Add-on store, I'll keep my revised review here until these issues are hopefully addressed in a newer version.

Multi select does a great job on choosing selecting only the latest uploads in other playlists and adding it to my own playlist I use it every day Used it for a year on firefox After some firefox updates ago June/Aug 2026 it doesn't seem to work on firefox anymore for a while it did turning the addon of and on again but from a later firefox update it seems dead But opera is still fine with this addon and works good so i will keep opera always on that softw version just for this addon Sept 2026. (In Opera, go to the Chrome Web Store) edit : 22 Sept 2026 : it also works again in firefox today

他ユーザーのプレイリストを開いた際、動画が認識されず「0/0」と表示され、複数選択ができない場合があります。

ページを再読み込みしたり、別タブで直接プレイリストを開いたり、プレイリストを最後まで読み込ませても改善しませんでした。

自分のプレイリストでは正常に動作しているため、YouTube側の仕様変更などが原因かもしれません。

とても便利な拡張機能なので、可能でしたら今後のアップデートで他ユーザーのプレイリストにも対応していただけると嬉しいです。
