- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 18435984, a year agoVotre application est trop compliquée à utiliser.

- Rated 4 out of 5by Alex, a year agoI had the old extension (now called "desktop app ver.") and it worked just fine until I tried this one. Autofill is not working now on either the old or the new version.
Update: I read other reviews and discovered the incompatibility with DarkReader, so I solved the problem, but one question remains. What is the difference between this and the old app? Why should I download a new extension?
Response to developers: First and foremost, thank you for your prompt response. Secondly, I am not a programmer and had to research to understand what Manifest V3 is, so please forgive my ignorance. I will improve the rating because I appreciate the development efforts.Developer response
posted a year agoHi Alex, thank you for the feedback. The difference of the apps is huge in terms of the technology. The new add-on is a stand-alone app which you can use without the desktop app which was not the case previously. Also the new one is built in compliance with the new Manifest v3 requirements which makes add-ons safer, more efficient, and better for your privacy. Unfortunately for developers it means that the add-on must be rebuilt almost from scratch and that's what we did recently. We are sorry for the inconvenience while we tirelessly try to improve the app every day. We believe that the new app if not today then very soon will bring way better experience than the old one. - Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 15207380, a year ago
- Rated 2 out of 5by Firefox user 17763056, a year agoIt's a great idea in principle, but I can't give it more than 2 because it's turned out to be responsible for crashing quite a few websites I've visited in the past few weeks. They've all hung and said "something has crashed", and it turns out to be this plugin. So good effort, but not quite. I'm more than happy using the desktop version on PC and Mac for now, I'm afraid. NordVPN is still excellent, though.
I will also add tha the recent Firefox addon seems to cause more problems than they did before. I was happy using the standalone version on my desktop PC. Also, creating new passwords is extremely difficult on the iPhone because you had to flick between different screens cutting and pasting and making sure you don't close the wrong window at the wrong time. Touch wood, NordVPN have given me no grief, but I slightly regret buying into their other enterprises at this point, I'm afraid. Sorry. - Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 18429591, a year ago
- Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 18427039, a year agoIf you are looking to get this add on here's what you should know:
1. This is a great add-on, and I've been using it for the past few months. They JUST RECENTLY fixed the copy issue with copy & pasting usernames/passwords, but it was a few months of it not working. I get the premium version through a student discount on all of nord's services, so I highly recommend the NordVPN, but not NordLocker (its outrageously slow, but I still use it because its encrypted and I am a paranoid person).
2. The password management is really well done. Its is pretty easy to use, but I do recommend taking the time to explore the setting and features of the add-on. It helps you understand it more.
3. Bitwarden is also a good competitor for password managers. I haven't used it myself, but reviews do seem good.
4. I am studying cybersecurity, and from what I've learned it is that: it is best to use services from one developer/company. Over complexity will actually significantly reduce security and protection.
That is just my opinion. I love NordPass' features, but I have the paid version for being a student. I do reccomend the other Nord services (AGAIN EXCEPT NORDLOCKER IF YOU'RE NOT PATIENT). They are top quality. But if you're not keen on spending money, Bit Warden is a great FREE choice - Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 6269984, a year agoit would be 5 stars if it didn't crash the reply page of a forum i'm on

- Rated 1 out of 5by Le Cantaloupe, a year agoCopy password doesn't work and since a week back autofill doesn't work either. So have to open new tab and go in and edit to copy/paste passwords from there. Useless as hell!

- Rated 1 out of 5by Jerome, a year agoIt has been months and the copy to clipboard function still doesn't work and now, the autofill and instant login functions have also stopped working. In fact, the extension doesn't do anything at all anymore; I have to manually copy every time I want to log in somewhere.
The whole f'ing reason why I use this extension is so I don't have to do everything myself...
"NordPass is your freedom from password stress. Generate and securely store strong passwords and autofill them with a single click."
You're failing miserably. - Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 18410032, a year agoDoesn't even auto-fill anymore, have to manually copy and paste login info (if that even works). Try Dashlane instead, I never had a problem with it and regret switching
- Rated 1 out of 5by Jordan P, a year ago- Extremely slow. My computer runs buttery smooth with only Firefox and 5-10 tabs open while working when this extension is disabled. Turn it on and the computer freezes for 2-4 minutes then slowly crawls forward after re-enabling. Have to disable and enable it constantly to get work done.
- Copy and paste function doesn't work.
- If you need on demand access to your accounts for your business, you take a major risk with this application. Sometimes they will be down and you won't hear from support despite trying to contact them until 24-48 hours later when either you've already fixed it or the issue has resolved itself, resulting in hours of downtime for your business.
Save your money - Rated 1 out of 5by Dom, a year agoWhy does the copy function STILL NOT WORK? It has been months. Can't believe I actually paid for this for it to be broken for so long. What an absolute scam.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Marcos V., a year agoIt was supposed to be an amazing app, but it fails on its main features, like it doesn't autofill most of the forms like Google, Microsoft, etc. I must manually copy and paste from the add-on popup to the form field.
I migrated from LastPass to it, but I'm already looking to another alternative and asking for my money back.
