- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 18032309, a year agoHave spent about 15 min figuring out why no servers are available on Firefox extension > only to find out that they dont offer it for free on Firefox. You can give it a try on Android instead. Really useless and wasting time if you want to use it on Firefox. They should have at least mentioned it explicitly.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Seth, a year agoI might be inclined to pay for Proton Plus if I could test the VPN extension. But I'm not going to pay for something that I cannot test.
- Rated 3 out of 5by Firefox user 18009887, a year agoI see others have reported the same issue, but it is necessary to disable and reenable the extension almost every time you use Firefox. Otherwise, the browser will not load anything.

- Rated 4 out of 5by Greg, a year agoGreat extension.
BUT, at every FF start, I cannot access any pages without switching the extension off and on again. Then it works perfectly.
Having profiles and Netshield would be a great addition. :). - Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 18006238, a year agoI wouldn't waste my time installing this extension if it mentioned that it needs paying

- Rated 3 out of 5by Firefox user 13427441, a year agoThis extension no longer works since FF update to 115.0. Cannot surf the web any longer. Breaks the internet usage completely.
It did an excellent job before the FF update.
Reinstalling the extension or deactivating all other extensions doesn't help.
After checking again, I found out that there are only certain sites I cannot visit. One is https://www.computerbox.at/ although connected to AustriaDeveloper response
posted a year agoHello, I can't reproduce from my side. May I advise checking the permissions of the extensions (in about:addons) are all enabled and if still not working trying to re-install the extension? - Rated 2 out of 5by mastik, a year agoThe application is extremely raw!
1. There is no protection against IP tracking
2. There is no automatic reconnection in case of connection loss
3. Frequent disconnections - Rated 1 out of 5by Dr Mortaza, a year ago
- Rated 2 out of 5by Firefox user 17954442, a year agoAlthough I love the idea behind the app, using it has seriously downgraded my internet experience. Works fine after installation, but alfter closing my browser and restarting it, it shows connected but none of my (buffered) pages will load. Disconnecting and reconnecting more often than not results in the app saying it can't make a connection to the server. The only way I get it to work so far is disconnecting vpn, loading pages without the vpn connection, and then connecting VPN again - miraculously, suddenly, it connects to the servers. But having to load pages without vpn first seems to beat the purpose of it. This is not the robust proton applicatin quality I've come to love, I'll be switching back to the desktop app.
