Surfshark VPN - Extension — fast & private by Surfshark

by Leaf, 4 days agoAfter the latest Firefox update (158.0.1), the Surfshark extension breaks YouTube when opening new pages/tabs.If the Surfshark extension is already enabled, opening a new YouTube page or tab causes severe lag — audio and video go out of sync, and the player controls become extremely unresponsive (delays of several seconds or more).Interestingly, YouTube tabs that were already open before enabling the extension continue to work normally. The issue only appears when loading a new YouTube page while the extension is active.Disabling the extension and restarting Firefox resolves the problem completely. This only started happening after today’s Firefox update.

If you're having problems accessing some websites while connected to the VPN, switching to a different location in the Surfshark app could help. Speed can also vary depending on the server and distance, so trying a different or closer location may help. We’d like to take a closer look at the issues you mentioned. - Rated 5 out of 5by jharrison55, 3 months agoI have been using Surfshark for over 5 years and I absolutely have to have it. Surfshark is so thorough it catches everything and I try to get people to use it, especially family. It is by far the best VPN and all around protection of your email, credit cards and I the deal you get with incognito is a must have and I believe is also something everyone should have because these Data Thieves are constantly bombarding our computers and devices. I wouldn't leave home without it. You put it on your phone, laptop, PC, Tablet you just can't lose with Surfshark. I am telling you the truth these guys Rock it out of the park with Surfshark.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 20037756, 3 months agoGive us an option to turn off the RED warnings. I don't want to use any of these other settings and I don't want large red text warning me every time i click on the add-on, which takes up 1/4 of the freaking screen.
