I am looking for something like this. Is it realy necessarry to use the "Access your data for all websites" permission for the Plugin development?

Hello, while submitting a new version I read through the comments and saw this one. I have rewritten the add-on a long time ago in order to minimize the use of permissions.
The current version only requires: "Access browser tabs" and "Access browser activity during navigation".
I hope you're still enjoying the add-on - and sorry for not replying earlier.

Perfect! This extension fixes the annoying native pinned tabs behavior in Firefox. Now, when I search or type a new URL from a pinned tab, it opens in a new tab instead of changing the pinned one. Exactly what I was looking for!

Have used the same extension on chromium browsers. Still works great, good work.
