Edit: I changed my rating because whatever it was that happened when I first used it, stopped.
The right videos are downloading (so far) and after closing and reopening my browser, the 720p option came back. So it was probably a glitch.
I was also told by email there is a minimum donation...but I accidentally deleted the email so don't remember what it is $10 or $15 I think.
To be honest, 720p is good enough for me. Maybe in the future I'll go pro but not now.

When I got the add on, it told me 1080 could only be accessed with a donation...which I was fine with if I ended up liking it, I would probably get it.
Downloaded my first test video in 720p and straight off, it downloaded the wrong video, downloading a video I had watched earlier...but with the name of the video I was trying to download. Why?
So I went back to get the actual video I was trying to get, the 720p option vanished and told me I had to donate to get the 720p. It says everywhere to donate for 1080...not 720. And there's no 480 option so now I have no choice but to get a blurry video. Just great. How is this different than every other youtube app right now? *sigh*
So I head to the donation page to bookmark it for later...and now instead of asking for 5 bucks...it is asking me for $15. I might have had a spare 5 bucks...but not $15 for an addon that is already giving me conflicting information.

- This page says the "Access your data for all websites" permission is optional, but after installing it, it was enabled by default?? This is really suspicious setup, whether intentionally or not. I don't need a downloader to read everything I do outside of YouTube.

FIVE Stars without hesitation!

Found this extension after 'Video Download Helper' failed to recognize ANY Youtube video. I will be more than happy to contribute $ to further the developer's cause.

It adds a really obvious download button right alongside youtubes interactions buttons.
Supports downloading in a variety of formats, including ripping the audio out of the video file - very useful for me who was after old BBC Radio 4 transmissions that have been pulled by BBC, even though i've paid a license fee for 35 years!
