Another update to this 5+ review.... I sent a help ticket late last night and received a real person, friendly, and professional reply by this morning, including a link to helpful and relevant information. And the problem wasn't even with the add-on. My donations with every update will most certainly continue - this is the best software value on my computer.
The continuous updates that keep up with YouTube's changes are a HUGE benefit of this add-on.
