The downloader I was using borked. I've just started using Youtube Video Downloader this evening. 720p and mp3 downloads working. No probs.I have not tried 1080p. If it looks good full screen on Youtube 720p seems fine. I'll try 1080p if something looks exceptional and see if it makes a diff. I'm running Firefox on Linix.
