What a horrid experience. Absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. This was a total waste of a hundred dollars plus a Private IP address that does not allow a simple Google search. Oh, if you are a software engineer or developer, I am sure it's great. For someone just wanting privacy and to stay out of the mainstream, forget it. They don't have time to help you with anything.
