funciona perfectamente , es rapida y segura, gran opción

Awesome extension. Been using it for years, and now I felt like it was time to donate, so I did. I'd encourage everyone to do the same, it's well worth it.

works perfect. 5 stars

I used this extension for more than a year. I'm using both the extension and the desktop version, with the desktop version being my go-to app, since it's more customizable. Here is what I experienced during this time:

- the extension worked every time I wanted to download a video. The downloads were fast, and there were no glitches (like, lack of sound) on the downloads;

- the extension (as well as its counterpart, the desktop app) is extremely easy to use;

- the developer quickly patches the extension/app whenever Goggle throws a curved ball (read makes a change in the YT service) in an attempt to stop video downloading;

- the developer is very responsive for requests for help: Recently, the desktop app stopped working due to a software (Python) dependence. On my request for help, the developer replied within a day with the solution. Now my desktop app works like before;

- the extension comes with the "Access to data on all websites" permission enabled by default on extension installation. It is a potential data mining feature. It may be legit (for example, to download a video that's embedded into a website), however, I prefer to disable it since I don't know what is its function. Better safe than sorry.
To disable it:
- go to Firefox's menu;
- select 'Extensions and Themes';
- select 'Easy Youtube Video Downloader Express' for your list of extensions;
- select 'Permissions and data'.

The one thing I wish was that the extension is open-source. An open-source (as opposed to a closed-source/proprietary) software allows third-party audits, ensuring the developer didn't insert some nefarious pieces of code in it.

I have downloaded too many add-ons for YouTube. This one is the real deal! Try yourself and donate if you can. >^..^<

Just a great Add on. It does just what it says and no spamming. Awesome, I love it.

simply the best yt downloader ever

Umas das melhores extensões da navegador existentes.

this is the best downloader had it for years

Works really well! Way better than spending tons of time downloading YouTube videos using VLC Media player back in the day

Switched to firefox for a completely different reason but I quickly see that it was worth it when you can actually download something from youtube again. Absolutely great

life saver ❤️

This extension restores my faith in humanity, so many people downrated them when youtube changed its video player and all extensions failed. Dishita the publisher has solved it and made it seamless, the downloads are faster than ever, it almost feels like cheating. No sign in required, no payment, no violation of privacy. I wish I could give this 10 stars
