Thanks to big-wigs, this add-on is not working anything like it used to. It cannot even find Youtube's domain (Google, Co.). Do users not need their own legal services, and not domains denying all users' rights?

The "Generating download links, pls. wait..." message never goes away. No download links are being generated.

Mozilla should not recommend this extension as it does not work.

I recently renewed my subscription and for those who complained about the still downloading link forever I would like to share I faced the same issue.

But luckily I checked my email as everytime you renew your subscription he will send notification and an explanation or update of current issues faced. And I clicked to the link in which he will lead you to download under whichever OS your pc is and from there no issues. Then later on I faced downloading issues like you may face ratelimited issues or something like that. Again, I just need to email him and they will respond usually asap either on the next biz day or even same day response. And again in 5 star customer service, he will send you another IT solution or link with full detailed guidelines very useful for I'm not IT savvy - idiot proof and again I'm up and running.

So it's really fair to say this developer is earnest to provide top notch service unlike others who charged exorbitant prices and their service is below par.

Because he is really doing a great job, I even bothered to learn how to do a review and leave a review as he mentioned it's sometimes disheartening to read negative reviews. Freedom of speech I agree but for this developer he really is doing his best and does let you donate an amount you're comfortable. I did write I have financial difficulties so I can't donate as much as I would like to but he still gave me first class service, regardless.

In this day and age and almost everything hangs on dollars and cents, I think it's very gentleman of him to have such integrity. For naysayers out there, plse email him and try to check your email everytime you renew your subscription and perhaps just perhaps you'll realize that not everyone is that crappy as you think. There are still very decent people out there trying to do a decent job and have good work ethics.

This is my way of thanking the developer and his great team for all their efforts all this time. Keep up the great work and a big thank you for making not so rich people like us still have decent IT services. A rare find in this day and age indeed !

Never worked, just got a loading message.

Downloading the app doesn't do anything, the features seem to be locked behind a pro upgrade paywall. Which would be fine. I get running a server to do this costs money, but if you'd bother to explain this in your extensions about section it wouldn't feel like a scam.

Am a contributing member. When I went to download something, the app said it had expired. I contacted support and they got back to me quickly. Explained how it's set up to expire every year now and why. They sent a link to get the up dated version. Everything went flawless after that and back to downloading when I want to. Very good customer support!
