This extension is a life saver for a video editor like myself. Safe and easy to use. And always being updated to bypass YouTube's blocking of downloads. The Pro version is worth it.

Simply Amazing

This is the best YT video downloader. I have been using it for years. From time to time YT will break it. But within a few days the developer always fixes it. Right now YT is on a tear trying to stop ad blockers and downloaders. If the extension is not working, Be patient and try again later. Once it starts working again, if you like it, consider supporting the developer.

Very easy to use Youtube downloader. Always amazed how quickly Dishita acknowledges YT shenanigans and implements a fix. Eagerly waiting for the update due to YT's end of March 2024 change.

Best YouTube video downloader. Period.

I downloaded the 0.5 version of the app. to test it and here
are the results. Now I'm most interested in downloading music
videos so my tests are a bit biased.

I ran the following tests on a laptop running CentOS Stream 9.

From YouTube.

1. download single video
2. download a queue of videos, 9 videos
3. download a short playlist, 4 videos

All worked as expected.

I then downloaded a video from Rumble and that also worked.

So it looks good.

this is the BEST YOUTUBE DOWNLOADER! i lov and live on this app to download all my youtube videos so i dont have to watch the streams. now hurry up and please fix the 2024.03 bug -haha.

Absolutly a 5 star product. I hope they can get it working again after Youtube/Google has changed and tighten the downloads on October 10, 2024. I have been usng it for many years since it was first offered, and always found it an outstanding product, and superior programmng. This review comes from a guy who has 30+ years of programing (also in assembly language). Dishita, you have done an outstanding job.

we've tried many downloaders and THIS IS THE ONE to keep. these folks are always on top of the latest evil crap google/youtube spits out, and they keep their extremely useful add-on working (and for free). you can't beat the quality of this add-on.

Rated the app 3 years ago, 5 stars then ; thanks to Dishita for his efforts each time YT changes its code / breaks the addon ; currently it's broken, but confident that things will be fixed again as always, in due time ; I made a new subscription and this "new" comment as a token of renewed confidence that things will be fine again, as always ; baffles me every time to see angry/disrepectful comments when the app breaks (and it WILL break, as YT tries to break it). Keep it up!
