I don't see the extension anywhere, I somehow managed to get to the point where I import my passwords, which worked wonderfully (imported from Firefox). Tested some password, get filled in automatically, everything fine there.
BUT I still don't know how to get to that mysterious dashboard again. You can choose Proton Pass from the Webmail site but there's nothing there. Can't get there through the extension settings in Firefox and don't see the thing anywhere in my browser, so yeah, please let me back in hahaha
Speaking of extension settings in Firefox, for me, "Access your data for all web sites" was disabled by default, so the auto-fill worked only after enabling that.
I got the free plan and it's pretty good so far, am looking forward to updates. How about some bug report form?
EDIT: thanks for the support, got it! Walked through the steps again. Now I also see the bug report thing, my bad, 5 stars! :)Developer response
posted 2 years agoHi! Thank you for taking the time to rate and review our extension.
You can access Proton Pass through the Extension menu in Firefox (puzzle piece icon in the top right corner of your web browser). If you can't see the Proton Pass extension there, select 'Manage extensions' and make sure it's enabled in your Extensions settings.
You can report any bugs through us by opening the extension pop-up, selecting the hamburger menu in the top left, selecting Settings and finally navigating to the Support tab in the settings. Report your problem here and select 'Submit'. Alternatively, you can also write to us directly via email at pass@protonme.zendesk.com - Rated 1 out of 5by James, 2 years ago
- Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 17958343, 2 years agoI can confirm, that login is not detected on some sites. I can generate password at the signing up on site, but it is not saved by the extension..
My example is https://dotacjenaokna.pl/logowanie-strefa-dilera/
It would be nice if, when I create a new login manually, on the button instead of "Create login" there was simply "Save"Developer response
posted 2 years agoThanks for the feedback! We're looking into fixing this in one of the upcoming updates to the extension. - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 14264784, 2 years ago

- Rated 3 out of 5by Michael, 2 years agoNice addition to the Proton family, but the add-on has multiple limitations for now:
- Login is not detected on a lot of pages, and the add-on doesn't ask to save credentials as a result.
- When add-on is in "lock" mode, it should prompt the user to unlock it and save credentials.
- Would be very nice to integrate, if possible, Touch ID on MacOS, so that the user experience gets much better, like the embedded functionality in Safari.Developer response
posted 2 years agoThank you for your feedback Michael!
- Would you mind sharing which pages the login detection didn't work for, so we can report this to our team?
- When the extension is locked and an action is required from it, we do display the fact that it's locked (indicated by the padlock on top of the Proton Pass logo). We're also looking into the possibility of opening the extension window automatically in these instances, but we don't have additional details to share on this feature at the moment.
- The third feature you've mentioned is also on our roadmap, but no ETA at this moment. - Rated 5 out of 5by Svank, 2 years ago

- Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 17958833, 2 years agoThis extension does not work. I continually have the error "Unable to sign in to Proton Pass. Unprocessable Entity," which other reviews have said. I have reached out to Proton for help, multiple times, and I have received no response despite being a paid user. It is unfortunate to see that as Proton gets larger, the customer service and user experience gets worse.
Update:
Once I enabled Proton VPN, the extension started working. Even if I disable the VPN connection, it continues to work. I am not sure why this is the case.Developer response
posted 2 years agoSorry to hear that! Can you share your ticket number so we can check what happened to the support request?
Regarding the issue you've reported, this should be fixed by now. Try logging out and back in if it still persists on your end. If you're still facing issues, please update the support ticket you've opened and tell us more information like a screenshot of the error message you're getting, the browser version you're using, etc. so we can investigate further. - Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 17961587, 2 years agoCan't login with containers. You have in your other extensions the possibility to link with a token, why not here?

posted 2 years agoCan you elaborate what you mean by this? We just tested it on our end, and the login items from the Proton Pass extension are also available in Firefox containers. - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 14550105, 2 years ago

- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 17960364, 2 years agoI have a paid proton account, and I click the upgrade button because now they want you to pay more for this feature, but it doesn't tell you what you have to pay or change when you click upgrade... I don't understand what I need to do in order to make this app work beyond the initial 7 day trail period??

posted 2 years agoHi! Currently Proton Pass premium is included with the Proton Unlimited, Proton Family, or the Proton Business plan. If you'd like to continue using the premium features of Proton Pass past the 7-day trial, you can consider upgrading your account to any of these plans. If you have any additional questions regarding this, please contact us at: https://proton.me/support/contact.
If you find our answer helpful, please consider updating your review. - Rated 4 out of 5by ton, 2 years agoGreat features overall, but seriously needs a form fill shortcut like Bitwarden has.
