It is super easy to use; it is quick and reliable and it continues to upgrade and makes it easy for the user to make adjustments to make downloading ever easier. I have never hit a snag using this software. It offers a wide array of options to suit the individual user. My needs are pretty simple, so I do not need most of the features, but should I ever need to do a more sophisticated type of downloading such as file conversion, and fine tune my options, VDH provides more than enough options to accommodate me.
