Total garbage now. Do not download

Bueno hasta hace poco tiempo, pero ahora con su QR obligatorio es una basura de plugin.

From the best video download plugin to a useless Bloatware! There is not much to say but that they would now like money however, before letting you know about that, they let you install additional software, let you download the video and than like in my case (400+p video), watermark it with the QR code over the 70% of the video. So basically, this plug in is dead. Uninstalling it, and there is no reason to ever again install this or any other plugin from this developer, since it will most likely follow the pattern if they didn't already.

Downloading a companion app is required. Privacy policy nagging included. If your download requires "converting" you can either pay $28.50(USD) for a "converting license" or deal with a giant QR barcode in the video. Perfect example of a once great extension gone bad.

Leaves gigantic watermarks on 4K videos, completely ruining them unless you "buy" a license.

Addon turned into adware, pops up asking for permissions every day, however this is a thinly disgusied attempt to get you to buy their premium license.

Addon is good but keeps asking about privacy permissions every day, that's really super mega annoying! Fix this and I'll remove my 1 star rating.

It's rediculous how the screen for Videodownload helper keeps popping up every time I open my browser

Will not stop asking me for permission to share my data. No, you may not have my data, now shut up about it!

Not free.

Used to work fine. Now requires money or login or whatever. Honestly, it's a plugin and not a full program and it's downloading videos that it probably shouldn't be legally doing. I guess everybody wants to make a buck these days. Uninstalled. Very sad that free isn't actually free anymore.

This used to be a great video downloading add-on. However, now they force you to buy a license in order to use it, and the quality has gone down hill severely. 9 out of 10 times it will not download anything and state, "sadly we failed at downloading that specific media", and if it does start to download, it will just fail until you get that message. I'm sorry that I spent the money for the license. Had I known that the add-on would stop working as it had in the past I would have just deleted it.

Bad this, only 8.0 was good

Addon is dead .Used to be the best addon . Now greedy dev ask for 18€50 to remove a gigantic watermark on the vids you download with it.
