Usually I don't need to keep a lot of information in my local PC, because now days almost everything is reachable thru Internet. But for some special videos and tutorials I need to have in hand, I've been using this extension and it helped me a lot. It is light and reliable, intuitive and fast. Ce logiciel permet des réglages faciles pour un profane de la video. Ensuite je télécharge sur mon smartphone et je peux visionner dans les transports en commun. Je ne pourrais pas m'en passer.

DownloadHelper is the easiest web video downloader I've used. It is also able to download from more places including youtube.com in the Firefox version.

I would not use it with the vdhcoapp. vdhcoappis an application providing the Video DownloadHelper add-on with with additional capabilities. Unless I needed those capabilities. I wouldn't use because it because it slows downloads to much.

I don't think it's quite as simple a process as the download add-ons I used to use with earlier versions of Firefox, but hey, it WORKS with v63! Downloading multiple files at one time can be a little flaky, it's quite difficult to tell which set of downloads refers to which file, but particularly if you're downloading your files individually, it does the job and does it well.
