Es muy buena opción para descargas, muy fácil de usar y con buena calidad llevo muchos años usandola y sigue excelente.

Positive is that VDH grabs videos that other link grabbers don't. Negative is that there is no protokoll of downloaded or queued files. Everytime Firefox crashes I don't know which files are lost. If the download had begun there is an incomplete file in the download folder. But not if it was in the queue. Sadly Firefox crashes sometimes when there are several downloads in the queue of VDH.

YouTubeやニコニコ動画を開いたあと、何もしていない状態でもCPUが１００％に上昇することがあります。
Javascriptがタスクマネージャで動作して暴走しているのが見えました。
それを削除すれば平常に戻ります。
しかし、Javascriptが動作していなくてもCPUが１００％になることがあります。
Video DownloadHelperを無効にして、動画を閉じると平常に戻ります。
そのため、私は通常、Video DownloadHelperを無効の状態で使っています。
