Have been using for several years now and have found it to be generally excellent pretty consistently. When issues arise, they tend to get resolved. Highly recommended.

This is the best Web video download utility I have tried. I would give it 5 stars except periodically it falls behind developments at Google (who have obvious motivation to defeat utilities like this, otherwise they could conveniently add a download feature to You Tube themselves) and simply doesn't work until MIG figures it out, which usually means that I have to go 3 or 4 days without instant gratification. C'est la vie.
