You will be able to download anything no matter how unreliable the server is. Combine S3 with Video DownloadHelper and it set to use the browser as the download method. VDH will snag the URL from the HTML and S3 will handle the actual download even on the crappiest of video hosting services.

A very useful add-on

It downloads video in great quality...but ads a huge QR code in the upper left corner of the downloaded video... so videos are unusable.

It is a bit slow sometimes and there isn't really a way to change that. On the other hand it mostly works excellent and it does the trick without any difficulties.

Once you know how it works, it does the trick. Can also live with the QR code on some video's (it depends on the decoding process). The UI though is terrible, I still don't understand all options and all the different downloadable version. How do I just get 1 suggestion: Download original (or the one most close to). UI could really use an overhaul with buttons with clear meanings, maybe some explanation on the different qualitites available for download. And make it smaller so it fits in the flyout menu for addons.

The software is great, and I would give 5 starts, but just because of the new QR code that is now added to all downloaded videos, I'm uninstalling this and giving only 1/5 review
