A very convenient tool, allows to easyly obtain downloads without analysing the d/l-page. Can also get direct links to embedded videos which can be shared.
Though I miss some pages that are no supported I strongliy recommend video download helper for everybody :-))

Allows the user to download videos in different formats from a wide variety of websites, not just YouTube. Been using it for years. Almost a must-have for the Firefox user.

DownloadHelper is an excellent add-on for downloading videos. I have used their service for close to 10 years and never had a problem.

En extremo bueno. Lo llevo usando varios años y no me ha generado problemas. Puede uno descargar videos y audio de preacticamente cualquier sitio que contenga algun complemendo de video y audio.
Es ya para mi un complemento indispensable en mi diario usar de Firefox.

Almost always behaves as expected. Biggest annoyance? counter-intuitive... Same name for 5 files no distinction how do you know which one to choose? Why doesn't it work sometimes? Who knows. I'm glad it works when it works.
