For many sites, this product works well. For some, it is unable to detect whether a video is playing or not. For others, Internet Download Manager has gotten around the encryption used by many sites, so the videos downloaded can not be replayed. Many people have asked for customer support to fix this bug, but this app does not respond to customer requests to fix bugs.

I've been using Video DownloadHelper for years. It's reliable, easy to use. It's also frequently updated to accommodate new sites and formats. The best extension for Firefox, mandatory to have it.

10,000 out of 10 Works great only thing is the Qr code thing but you know what its really hard to find a good app such as this so they still get 5 Stars for the efforts and active update support
