As long as it worked, I liked it. Now it stopped without warning and re-installing doesn't help. Weird...

Almost Faultless... And the fault, I'm sure, was mine, not the app. It took a bit of trial and error but the process is now seamless: click-click-done. Happily donated $ to the project and will do so again (my previous downloader, that I paid $ for upfront, was... almost useless).

在youtube下载1080p的视频，下载完了之后竟然会自动强行修改原视频打二维码，不惜时间转换格式，在画面上打上画面1/12那么大的二维码。太差评了。下载一下视频才10分钟，你自行打二维码却花了1小时，是真的差评。

One of the reasons why I like using Downloadhelper so much is because of how simple it is to use when downloading. I have been using it for a long time now and just finished my 1000th download and it has been smooth sailing ever since the very first download. Keep up the great work.

This extension enables me to dl videos from Youtube and other websites and I'm happy that the speed of downloading seems to have improved (without aggregation). I'm able to download videos which even Realdownloader can't.

I use this a lot for dloading from You Tube and other websites. Easy to use. I've used other softwares to download but so far this is one of the best for ease of use and speed. You can't download some videos with this which I could with Realdownloader but what can u expect with free.

I would give this now a 1 star review. It's not as it was before. Now it's so slow to download and most of the time you have to go through the companion app. Don't know what happened. Performance went downhill.

I use Video DownloadHelper regularly to keep on my computer the videos I like, from many sources. I also use it to convert videos to watch them on other home devices that do not support the original format. I am very thankful to the developers!

I find Video DownloadHelper the best software for downloading - very easy to use and so many sites that can be downloaded with the add-on - absolutely LOVE IT !!!!

I love the fact that this actually works to download and convert to other formats. The only downside I see is that when I go to save a file, I only have about 10 - 15 seconds to name the file if I wish to rename it. I don't understand why this limitation is in place. If the developer removed that timer, it would be perfect.

De lo mejor de todo lo que he probado para descargar videos o galerias de fotos. Detecta casi todo formato de video. Descarga galerias cuya extension sean de formato jpg etc. Si el video lo bajas a 720p o 1080p te agrega una marca de agua en la parte superior izquierda. Si deseas no tener la marca de agua tienes que registrarte y pagar. Solo los videos que estan protegidos no podras descargarlo. Si es para videos de youtube yo prefiero usar otra forma mejor, para no tener esa marca de agua. Aunque le doy muy buena nota a este complemento de mozilla, gracias por hacer aplicaciones tan buena como downloaderhelper.

De todos los Add-ons que he probado... Video DownloadHelper es el mejor y mas eficaz de todos... Lo recomiendo sin lugar a dudas :)

3 stars was being generous!! It's BOTH good & VERY bad. The good is that it does have the ability to download most videos IF you install the companion add on. The bad is that it ONLY allows you about 2 seconds, if that, to "try" to pick a folder to download the video to. The developer NEEDS to fix this IMMEDIATELY & then it would rate in my opinion as 5 stars. Ask yourself this. Who wants to waste additional time going into one folder & moving all the videos into the respective folders? Time is something NO ONE wants to waste for there are so many more important things that one can do instead. This program used to give you a lot more time but somewhere in the past 9-12 months its been changed to the worse. Come on developers, PLEASE fix this & you will be a 5 star program again.
