I payed for this extension, now you don't let me download any more unless I give you all my data? Worst decision ever. I will immediately delete this app and never come back.

Product does not download the proper setting for playback and requires a 3rd party app to be installed. The product is super slow at downloads (would take 30+ minutes to download a 3-minute video).

Incredible add-on. Clean, effective, efficient and well-maintained.

I've had this one for many years, since its earliest versions, and I loved it!
But through the recent years this add-on has become less functional and user-friendly, and now the add-on won't download ANY video unless I accept the new tracking feature update??
This is a great disappointment, and I will have to uninstall this add-on.

Recently videos couldn't be downloaded any more, it worked brilliantly for years.

Their greed knows no bounds, they had a decent extension, but they needed more... Now the extension is basically useless unless you give them your data for them to sell.

Life Saver, this extension can save videos that so many other extensions can't. SUPER!

Works great when it works. which for me is only 50% of the time. It is constantly tossing my license and resetting to default almost every other time I restart my computer.
