- Rated 1 out of 5by Francisco Padilla Berrocal, 8 years agoUna basura!!! en el pasado ha funcionado bien pero ahora el mismo programa borra el video cuando ya esta a punto de terminar la descarga.

- Rated 1 out of 5by restoring, 8 years agoIn order to actually download, I am being prompted to PAY $28.50 to register a converter. Perhaps I missed it, but I did not see anything about requiring payment and registration before downloading.
Without the converter license, it appears this program won't download anything, much less convert video to MP3. Sad, it used to work on sites like youtube, but now wants me to register and pay $28.50 (US) - without telling me anything about what this "registration" keeps track of. Does it keep track of what I'm downloading? If my copy of it has to be "registered" then that license becomes a unique fingerprint that belongs to my computer, making it easy for any entity with access to these registrations to keep a list of everything. - Rated 1 out of 5by Jaybiam, 8 years agoThis thing used to be excellent .. then they updated everything... now it sucks so bad.. you need the extension app for one... so another download to your computer.. it doesn't 'light up' anymore.. got too many damn choices that once you click one its stuck to that single choice until you restart your system. i can't locate, using search any of the vids i managed to download after a 90 minute download time, when another download app took 3 minutes and put it on my desktop where all my downloads go.. a once good app ruined by creators that THINK they are improving but really fixing something that was never broken.. i wish creators would STOP doing that shit and leave well enough alone!!!

- Rated 1 out of 5by kelendral, 8 years agoThe "Supported Sites" list is a joke. It is a list of sites where one version may have worked at one time in the past. It is not an updated, accurate, tested, or supported list of sites that work. Of course the list is impressive if any site that works even for one visit gets added then never removed when it does not work.
It is False Advertisement at best and fraud at worst. There are many sites that have been broken for 4 or more years. The response on the Google Group that is support channel for this is "something must have changed on the site" but no fixes most times. That is NOT supported. Both the Legacy XUL (6.3.3) and WebExtension (7.6.0) versions are broken on many of these sites and both version should have been fixed. Some of the sites were posted as far back as 5+ years ago; As such both versions should be fixed!
Don't advertise what you don't support, especially while asking people to PAY. - Rated 1 out of 5by GiulioP, 8 years agoEarlier today I saw a page informing me that the addon had been updated. After a while Firefox slows to a halt and I have to close it forcefully, but when I start it again it eats 1.5+ GB of RAM and hangs. I tried again and again, closing some recently-opened tabs, but with no luck.
After starting Firefox in safe-mode and disabling this extension, I managed to get the browser operational again.
Please look into it (nothing like this has ever happened to me before with earlier versions of this addon). I am using Firefox 58.0.2 on Ubuntu. - Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 13807982, 8 years ago

- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 13802317, 8 years agoVery frustrating. Used to work flawlessly but now seems like updates make extremely confusing. Maybe I'm just stupid but is no longer simple and worthwhile. Not sure why or what you did but it really sucks now.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 13309980, 8 years agoХорошее приложение позволяет один раз настроить и пользоваться в удовольствие. В случае с этой качалкой все наоборот. Стоит один раз нажать для установки и потом для скачивания видео тыкать по разным меню по нескольку раз. Ну а папку, куда все скачивается - оно выберет само.
