VERY GOOD APP WITH VERY FAST RESULTS, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Works very well with Youtube. You can get the high quality resolution you need. It has saved lot of time and work.

Used to be a great extension for 10+ years. Now completely unusable after recent unannounced change to stamp giant watermark onto all videos if you don't buy an expensive pro license.

Cute little add-on with an enormous effect! Very helpfull and high functionality.

Can fail to download videos from specific websites, but in all other cases it works flawlessly. Recommended.

It wants to install additional unknown software. So removed it 5 mins after install.

98% of the time I LOVE this addon, it enables me to download audio from YouTube podcasts that I listen to while I'm working (I drive for a living)

But recently, the strangest thing has started happening. I try to download a video or the audio from a video on YouTube and the audio is in GERMAN instead of the original ENGLISH!

It's only happening on certain channels (for now). I've checked my YouTube settings and I can't find a language preference in "Video downloader"

I found another audio / video downloader for when this happens, and it doesn't download in German.

"Video DownloadHelper" is still my main downloader, but now I have to check everything after I download it & figure out if I have to re-download it via another addon :(

This no longer has any free utility. You must pay to download audio or video.
