It does what it promises. Simple yet powerful. The developers are on the lookout for fixes and improvements. One of my favorite addons, also beautiful. Highly recommended.

It was so good, so good... that they discontinued it :(

Works great, but be prepared for sudden, unexpected notices about updates, interrupting whatever you was doing, once in a while.

Great. It can download a lot of files, and I use it to download easily other files than videos actually like SFW flies and such, it is really good at picking them up from the page, even when the file does not run, like typically flashplayer files. Very useful, although a bit niche I suppose, but it does work well with videos as well.

A must have if you want to download files in general, and above all a must have to download some files that you cannot download by other means like Youtuber downloaders or Atube catcher.

Alas, although it is one of the best at downloading files of all kinds, there are still some files it does not manage to find and download on some pages. But it might be the same for all similar softwares, add-ons and services... I hope these softwares will continue to progress in that direction so we may never again find files we cannot download on the internet.

Does not work on YouTube anymore, at least not for me. So what follows is not valid.

Fine extension to my Firefox, lets you easily download videos from Youtube. Download from Facebook does not work for me.
I would gladly contribute with a donation - if I could do it by Paypall.

Has been very useful for regular video sites. Not sure why or how often it is when there's an error downloading a video and have to reload the page to complete it.

Die Programmierer kümmern sich fleißig um Ihre Software. Downloader funzt zu 99.9% auf YT,Peertube.tv.uvm... ;)
