Excellent Extension

Video Down-loader is the easiest down-loader app I have ever used, love it. I have been using this down-loader for a while it is totally awesome, the best by far. Plus it works with the best browser. Highly recommended!

I am not a computer expert, so some of the things I don't understand that happen when downloading video using Video Download Helper may well be due to my having lack of expertise. I only have it for Firefox as I don't use Edge, and don't think I use Chrome, (if so, not willingly). The first few years using your program, it seemed to be easier for me to figure out and I don't recall having any feeling of frustration or disappointment... then things changed and it threw me off. I appreciate your service as it allows me to hold onto videos in a place I can find them, in order to view them as opposed to straining to recall and research where the video is.
