It is easy to use and allows me to download multiple videos at the same time at high speed, so I found it very useful. However, I have recently been experiencing the following problems, so I would appreciate it if you could tell me how to solve them.
The problem is that when I try to download a YouTube video that I was able to download with the Microsoft Edge version of Video DownloadHelper using the Firefox version of Video DownloadHelper, the following message appears and I cannot download it, so I would like to know what to do.
"There is no media to process in the current tab. Clicking play on the video will help detect the file..." - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 18359143, 2 years ago
