This add-on has worked perfectly for the last 2 years. Today I am required to download the companion add. Files are downloaded without video (sound only). I have power cycled the computer after I was getting errors from file download. I un-installed & re-installed the app. The issue remains. Windows 10. Hopefully an update will happen soon, or the app will be allowed to work without the companion app again.

Used to work like a charm, now streaming has HUGE WATERMARK with a QR Code to unlock. Well, no thanks, I'm going to competition.

I understand the need for payment and I appreciate the work you guys are doing but the watermark is huge and obnoxious. If it were just a small QR code it'd probably be fine but it takes up like 1/4 the video. If I wanted to download a video I would probably just do it from a third party site instead of use this, which has no watermark

I can't download anymore, what happen? install a Add-on? Completely useless

Your update broke the extension, useless now, it will perform 1 download then every thing after that will start and stay in an eternal "downloading" status with no actual activity leaving you with a broken file.

Was working great for years. New update makes it virtually unusable. Why update something that no one had any issues with and make it so much worse?
