- Rated 4 out of 5by Phil.N. Leblanc, 5 years agoThis is the best Web video download utility I have tried. I would give it 5 stars except periodically it falls behind developments at Google (who have obvious motivation to defeat utilities like this, otherwise they could conveniently add a download feature to You Tube themselves) and simply doesn't work until MIG figures it out, which usually means that I have to go 3 or 4 days without instant gratification. C'est la vie.

- Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 15684769, 5 years agoLove it! Last one did not work. I rate it 4 stars because you need a whole 'nother app for it to run and downloads take a long time. But it's better than nothing!
- Rated 4 out of 5by ir_mas, 5 years agoUsed to be more compétitive, quite often need to have either add on ou use of the free version either doesn't work or have a logo inserted. Any usefull for Q&D download in medium/low quality and that you wand to keep a local copy,

- Rated 4 out of 5by Sebastian Simon, 5 years agoGreat add-on, but I have three concerns: 1. Right-clicking web content, then selecting “smart naming rule” (or whatever it’s called in the English version) via the “Video DownloadHelper” menu opens a window that reappears every time a new page matching the domain loads—sometimes even more often than that—until you either reload the add-on or restart your browser. This is annoying. 2. Another annoying thing is that on the “ADP” download page (moz-extension://…), if you enter a file name, then navigate back up (⇧ drop-down), the file name is overwritten by what it was before. 3. I wish the “Error” of canceling a download wouldn’t show a red number in the icon. It’s too attention-grabbing for something you already know.

- Rated 4 out of 5by MysterE50tree, 5 years agoThe best downloader in my experience. I have removed 3 other downloader addons and this one rarely fails me. I am very happy.
