Piece of crap that forces you to install their shitty "app" so you can download the videos. What even is the point of using this, if I need to install a software to download anything?

It does what it says on the tin; I's an excellent plugin that I have used for over a decade!

The only minus would be that you cannot download youtube videos if you use the chrome version due to google and their death grip on youtube!

Best media downloader for firefox (and possibly other browsers) right now, hands down. The extension does make use of external software for downloading many files on some sites, but it works really well and the code for it is open source, so it is fully auditable on github. Thanks and good work! :D

What I like: Speed is good even with 4/5 simultaneous downloads. Download continues even if you close the tab.

What I don't like: Does not recognize all streams correctly.
