- Rated 1 out of 5by Samlayn, 3 years agoDer letzte Rotz, die Daten werden irgendwohin gespeichert, in Einstellungen nix zu finden, man sucht und sucht. Scheiß Programm!
Warum gibts da keinen Hinweis und Einstellung? Das ist ein MUST Have, kein COULD Have! Unbrauchbar und Zeitverschwendung - Rated 1 out of 5by E3D3, 3 years agoVery misleading addon that doesn't tell anything (not on the addon webpage or in the youtube video) about requiring installing a standalone program of unknown origin.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Conan, 3 years agoPéssimo. Simplesmente não funciona no Linux. Não tem um arquivo .rpm só tem arquivo .tar e o REDME do arquivo não explica nada.

- Rated 1 out of 5by snikad, 3 years agoAsks for payment to remove huge watermark in generated video. There are free alternatives, don't bother with this.
- Rated 1 out of 5by urza9814, 3 years agoIt spends twenty minutes downloading a file only to leave me with a 48 byte non-working .mp4.part file in the downloads directory and a message "MP2T - No Data Received" in the browser. If no data was received then why the heck did it take twenty minutes? How did it show a steadily increasing percent completed? How did it conclude it was 100% downloaded if there was "no data received"???

- Rated 1 out of 5by MadBat, 3 years agoNeeds a companion app and over 3hrs for a 10min 720p video? Pure crap. Avoid!
- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 17879187, 3 years agoVDH is easily disabled by some unknown process, and then it doesn't recognize when a normally downloadable video is being played. It doesn't help to uninstall and reinstall the app at that point.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Ben, 3 years agoworse comparing to counterpart addons, can not even download 720p without malware companion but competitors do so like a breeze.
- Rated 1 out of 5by gmqt, 3 years agoWARNING: This extension will eat up all of your RAM and CPU when it is installed and enabled (not even actively using) on youtube livestreams. Disable to speed up your computer.
- Rated 1 out of 5by ussstropicana, 3 years agoRequires buying a license to avoid the videos getting a watermark.
Adds a BIG QR code to be scanned on a corner of a YouTube video file for the HOLE duration.
It's BIG and VERY annoying.
The code is only there to get you to donate.
This is why I don't.
GET IT OFF. - Rated 1 out of 5by Aron, 3 years agoRequires buying a license to avoid the videos getting a watermark.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Automatize-IT, 3 years agoUpdated: i cannot imagine why this extension is "recommended". It was made for those who cannot in command line even a little. While yt-dlp just downloads mp4, this extension says "oh EVERYTHING in internet is on HLS now so give me money".
Does moderation even exist here?
It works on free and no-adp-problem yt-dlp project. Then it spoils original video with ad and asks for money. It's obviously a crap/scam.
