Have this prompt all the time and once I enter info it just cuts out my internet. Not only that but I have to constantly log in to my VPN service all the time for no reason and it won't save my password. Pain in the butt for a service I bought 3 years of.Developer response

I have to reinstall the add-on on regular basis to make it work properly!

When I enter login and password, it shows SUBSCRIPTION EXPIRED. After pressing RENEW SUBSRIPTION, it opens a page with paid plans. I didn't even use it before. So it's not free as advertised.

- Rated 5 out of 5by kimdy, 4 years agoBefore taking on and using NordVPN, I had a Hemorrhagic Stroke (NOT a stroke, just named as such because it is in your brain), and it f'd me up beyond comprehension. Over years, I got my brain back, mostly. Regardless, despite the occasional issues I had with Nord, someone was always available to discuss it, offer suggestions as to possible help, etc. No one, ever, was rude, short tempered or otherwise. While some may not have helped at the time, nevertheless after a while I DID remember what they'd said and tried it correctly this time. And, it worked. Some reviewers have NO patience as far as I can see. Be calm folks, give them a chance to help. Mine has been running, working perfectly, without problems since 2014.
