by Kristian Petersén, 7 years agoI only have ONE complaint about this add-on. But I also leave it with a suggestion how to fix it.
The way I use this add-on is to to copy the link to the media I'd like to view. But when I TRY to do that, the add-on OFTEN make a "dual click" and also run the item in the menu right BELOW the arrow to show the list. That item is COPY & CONVERT the media which I DON'T want to do. After that I need to open it again and DELETE the download...
And when trying to do that, OFTEN the SAME thing happens again which leads into me making it over and over again..
My suggestion is that you SWITCH PLACES in the menu for those items. This means that i will only COPY the link = NO "harm" if it happens instead of starting an unwanted download which CAN be against the law depending on laws in the country of the users.
PLEASE take this into consideration..?

As one of your old dedicated user I was disheartned by your greediness for money.

- Rated 5 out of 5by Sam, 21 hours agoWorks largely reliably and quite well if you pay once to unlock to gain full access and features. Occasionally doesn't recognise a short video or twitter thing, but usually a browser restart or giving it a day or two will fix it up

- Rated 1 out of 5by Keith, 3 days agoBeen using it for years, it was pretty good back then. Paid for the "lifetime" subscription years ago. It never stopped putting the QR code on videos, and there is no way to reach anyone about this, but it at least worked KINDA SORTA.
NOW it's completely useless, with this new waiting period scheme. Lately, it hasn't even been finding the YT videos at all.
I guess it's time to admit to myself that I was scammed out of my money, and look for a replacement.
DO NOT DOWNLOAD. I'm deleting it. If they ever make it work again -- without stupid schemes -- maybe I'll try it again.

Great quality of both images and sound and very quick download time. Sometimes YouTube blocks it, but with Proton VPN you can avoid or fix this. A must have add-on!
