Video Downloadhelper has been excellent, and even excelling further with the newest upgrade, version 10!!! It works even better than ever, and on more websites, sites that used to obstruct its functioning. I heartily recommend it!

So we have to pay for unlimited downloading... There's other methods out there. This is the sellout one that you end up coming up with out of laziness. I really "liked" downloading stuff off youtube that wasn't available anywhere else. And I could download as much as I wanted. Well... Till recently. So... See you for now. Get better.

It works great on a not so well known website! Would be great if I could specify a time interval and download only that part, hopefully it would be faster.

I use it almost every day for more than 10 years. Sometimes download 20 or 30 videos, very fast and easy to use. Never had a problem. I am on payed subscription and when I had a question - VDH(author) answered within hours.
If you see lots of "5" and many "1" - it means "1" are competitors. I read complains - I never had any of problem they write about.

This is a fantastic add-on!
it does everything I needed it to do flawlessly.
I especially love that you can download videos as audio only and even save your download settings per website, it makes it very convenient for mass downloading videos (in my case I use it to download my medical homework videos so I can listen to them on the go)
