It simply doesn't work, nor with the browser, nor with the "companion app".
The videos are found, but they get stuck in queue, never actually start downloading.

I see that tons of people had a great experience with this tool, so my assumption is that this only works decently with the most common websites (like youtube)

It is very complete and unintrusive. It does the job it is supposed to do.
