I understand that they need funding for this add-on but £18.50 seems excessive considering there are several free alternatives.

Soundless videos, watermarked videos, or not detected at all. Too many struggles for such popular extension.

doesn't save video, only audio, even with the companion app installed (also it says it would watermark converted videos)

This addon doesn't mention that it requires a paid license until it finishes downloading and converting the videos you save by adding a watermark. If they noted this before use I wouldn't be bothered; however, they don't mention this until *after* the video has finished processing which took nearly 20 minutes for a 4k video.

Doesn't work on FF 83. Downloading and converting (conversion app enabled) from Youtube is gone. Neither ADP nor MP4.

You need a third party app AND a payed license to convert stuff. I can't even download most of the videos at all, and if so not as mp4 or another normal format.
