Ho provato altri componenti aggiuntivi che permettono di scaricare video da siti internet,ma Video Downloadhelper è quello che mi ha soddisfatto di più, lo ritengo il più completo,infatti permette di scaricare video anche in siti dove non è possibile scaricare tramite altri downloader. Inoltre è molto pratico e facile da utilizzare. Consigliato

A bit difficult to understand at first, but after 3-4 downloads, I worked nearly all of it out. Works really well for me.

It only works sometimes with the download button in the bottom left hand corner. The other download button has gone and sometimes re-appears for downloads from my email. I have an error message going on about running an Administrator account with elevated privileges, what BS is that? Says IDM has no sufficient access rights to show Download panel inside its windows (error code 5). Talks about unchecking a box in the administrator part of the browser. How am I supposed to do that, its got nothing to do with me?
Anyway, I'm guessing its because I have the trial version as I never had any problems with the bought version I had before. I would purchase IDM but now I'm not sure if it will work. Can you confirm that the paid one works? Or fix this free one. Thanks B Ross

It would be a great add-on, if only it would stop interrupting my downloads in order to congratulate me for downloading videos.

Detecta los videos cuando muchos otros plugins no lo hace pero el gestor de descargas es una mierda total, si le das clic a la descarga se detiene y el video queda cortado y cuando estás eligiendo la ruta para descargar, de repente se cierra la pestaña y hay que volver a hacer todo el proceso.

También me he dado cuenta que aunque deje que el video se descargue completamente, algunos salen cortados, es decir, no los termina de descargar y no da ningún mensaje de error o algo similar.

Por lo demás funciona bien, ojalá lo arreglen pronto.

This add-on is the one of my favorites.
I've used it for almost 10 years and for the most part, it does a good job of downloading videos via the Firefox browser, mainly flv and mp4 video, but it works for mpeg, wmv and jpg image files as well.
It's free, never had any issues with malware or adware.
It is almost all that I wish from down-loader, it is very useful and easy to work whit it.
I truly recommended it to everybody.

In order to actually download, I am being prompted to PAY $28.50 to register a converter. Perhaps I missed it, but I did not see anything about requiring payment and registration before downloading.
Without the converter license, it appears this program won't download anything, much less convert video to MP3. Sad, it used to work on sites like youtube, but now wants me to register and pay $28.50 (US) - without telling me anything about what this "registration" keeps track of. Does it keep track of what I'm downloading? If my copy of it has to be "registered" then that license becomes a unique fingerprint that belongs to my computer, making it easy for any entity with access to these registrations to keep a list of everything.

Does what it says.. would be nice to have preferences of output options instead of all the options they give you, which can get quite busy with multiple videos on a page, but with a little patience it'll get the job done. Thank you!

This thing used to be excellent .. then they updated everything... now it sucks so bad.. you need the extension app for one... so another download to your computer.. it doesn't 'light up' anymore.. got too many damn choices that once you click one its stuck to that single choice until you restart your system. i can't locate, using search any of the vids i managed to download after a 90 minute download time, when another download app took 3 minutes and put it on my desktop where all my downloads go.. a once good app ruined by creators that THINK they are improving but really fixing something that was never broken.. i wish creators would STOP doing that shit and leave well enough alone!!!

Ich habe einige Downloadprogamme ausprobiert, dieses ist mit Abstand das BESTE. Einfache Bedienung, Zuverlässig und mit sehr vielen Optinoen. Ich bin sehr froh was es das gibt. Macht weiter so !
