Earlier today I saw a page informing me that the addon had been updated. After a while Firefox slows to a halt and I have to close it forcefully, but when I start it again it eats 1.5+ GB of RAM and hangs. I tried again and again, closing some recently-opened tabs, but with no luck.

After starting Firefox in safe-mode and disabling this extension, I managed to get the browser operational again.
Please look into it (nothing like this has ever happened to me before with earlier versions of this addon). I am using Firefox 58.0.2 on Ubuntu.

Easy to use. Works with YouTube. It would be better if it can download video from YouKu and Dailymotion also.

Works very well, even where other apps don't, but occasionally only gets a fraction of a video and can't tell that it has. Somehow winds up with "orphans" a lot, but those can be cleared easily. Usually pretty robust.

First, I'd like to express my appreciation for the continued development of your product.

There have been some slight modifications to the functionality, but not so much that would prevent me from using this. I still have yet to find a better substitute for this that works with how I use it.

I would contribute to the conversion app considering I do not like watermarks, etc. but I have never used it in past versions (at all), and I found the price to be a little bit steep considering I have always been good without it. If I remember correctly, previous versions had a conversion app too, even before Mozilla changed Firefox. I would contribute if it got rid of the watermark and I could choose the amount I am spending, not agree to a set price.

To sum it all up, great application, works fairly consistently, works GREAT for my use (mainly finding video URL actual links without browsing source code).

great user interface and rarely ever bugs out been using for years the new version needs a few tweaks to be as good as the old version was but still better than anything else

I have been using this tool for years now. I have donated via paypal some years ago and wanted to do it again, but unfortunately paypal made a mistake and now i cannot do that anymore and as I am too lazy to go pick my credit card at least i will write this rating for them.

the tool has been running stable and that since day one, it worked fast, precise. it worked on my animesites which was the main selling point for me as i love anime and like to download them first and than later watch them on the big tv screen. the only time i remember being a little bit troublesome was when firefox upgrade to quantum leaving the developers little time to adapt and than vdh had some problems, but after 1 month or so everything worked perfect with the companion tool (which they even gave out for linux).

Thank you guys for your awesome work and that you even support linux! All the best to you, the next time i will donate something! Today im just too lazy :) keep up the good work.
