I am using 57.92 (latest) - Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 13477661, 8 years agoThey screw up the whole app it is junk you cant do half the stuff you used to do with it. i loved that i could name the file but you cant do that know. it is really sad. freezes up and stop working. It was the best app a couple of months ago before all the updates know i am going to look for something that will work and do the job that this used to do.. But this app have major changes that make it junk. The new look it harder to use and look very bad. . one day i hope they fix the app they broke and make it great again. I am not a beginner used or someone with there owner app. i am just telling how it is. Maybe it is the stupid changes firefox did or it is the app it self. All i know is that it was working at its best months ago.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 13623396, 8 years agoI've been using this extension for many years. What happened? Why is there a QR code Watermark on every single video I've downloaded?
Really? A watermark? So.. what would be the point using this extension?

- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 13621129, 8 years agoI was running on Firefox v 57.0.2, then the Video Download Helper icon disappeared and I can not download any more videos. This is not good.

Vous l'aurez compris, passez votre chemin, bien d'autres extensions sont devenues plus performantes - Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 13620754, 8 years agoAs a long-time Firefox and VDH user, I have delayed moving to the new Firefox until VDH is fully realized for quantum.
Mig - I really appreciate all your hard work to make this app work in the new Firefox. I regularly peruse the reviews and version update status to see how things are going.
One thing is clear to me -- that there is significant ILL WILL being created due to the masses finding VDH failing in the new Firefox. Reasons for failure are many, including, I suspect some amount of user failure due to having to now jump through more hoops at this stage.
Don't get frustrated. Don't fight the users, who simply want to successfully use VDH as easily as before.
My strong suggestion to you is to simply call each new version BETA. No promises made. Indicate the new challenges, etc.
Only when you are CERTAIN that a new bug-free complete package can be released should you remove the beta.
Good luck. - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 10309047, 8 years agoProblemlos zu verwenden, wenn alles gut eingestellt ist (bei Neuinstallation auf neuen PC :(
