Used to be great but now makes the free version unusable (huge watermark in corner). Also, they don't allow you to pay in paypal, which is super sus. Don't download.

Since the latest update 1/2024, this extension had become total GARBAGE, no longer functions or works like it used to. You start a download and it NEVER FINISHES, it is BROKEN. UNDO THE CHANGES AND GO BACK TO PREVIOUS UPDATE. This update has made this USELESS as I am sure the developer is just as useless for trashing what was the best video down loader!

All downloaded videos leave a huge watermark that makes the video unusable. They want to charge you $30 to use the basic functionality of the app. They also don't disclose this on the front page. Additionally, the third-party site looks sketchy and has a lot of errors. Uninstalled after using for several years.

Used to be great, now with the update nothing downloads anymore

It is a quick and good program. It can grub all kind of video and audio files online.

better than any chrome extensions I've tried even the paid ones. Works on sites nothing else I've tried as well.

Anscheinend bleiben die Kinderkrankheiten der Software nach wie vor immer noch bestehen.

Insbesondere dass die fertigen Videos lange laden und schwer zu bearbeiten sind z.b. in einem Video-Editor zeigt einfach nur dass noch so einiges an der Stabilität gemacht werden muss.

Insgesamt könnte alles stabiler und besser laufen, aber scheinbar werden die Grundprobleme nie richtig angegangen.

This add was working fine for so long up until the last update. uninstalling and reinstalling the requested videos were not being downloaded. But after a few seconds of looking in the settings. I realized after the update the extension may have re-routed the downloaded files to a different folder. Because all the files that I thought failed to download were in the default folder. Still not as perfect as it once was but still usable and reliable.

2023- is good, 2024+ is bad

Last time I used it was 8 months ago. Using it on FF and Chrome and im still using Mac Mojave OS. Worked great. Would have bought it but they don't support PayPal so I didn't. Red Flag for me and glad i didn't.

Just tried to use this last week and it did an automatic update. This BROKE a working App. After a lot of reading in the site conversations I got the retro App and and the older Companion Plug-in I cant get this to work at all.

Even used some older downloads that i combined the MP4 and ACC back then and the ERROR of Aggregation error still pops up. A lot of wasted time trying to get this to work the way it use to.

THIS USED TO BE A GREAT PLUG-IN. So SORRY its a no go for me now.

Going to try and find something that works.
