Now-required companion app gets flagged as malware by my anti-virus software. App does not function without this companion app so I guess I have to look elsewhere for a downloader. Too bad, this was a great app.

Best tool for downloading videos from different kind of websites, even rarely used and with custom player. I am using that addon for several years (7-8 at least) - and did not find anything better. Highly recommended, best wishes to developer!
