This next section contains our requests.
We request that the download quality settings can be fixed/set as a default on the selection screen during download, as was possible in the previous version.
Additionally, we would like to still be able to specify a custom/dedicated download directory, just like in the previous version.
If multiple download files share the same name, we request that consecutive numbering (e.g., "xxx-1.mp4") be appended to the file name, following the order in which the download entries were made, just like in the previous version. If sequential numbering is not possible, we request that the download process strictly follow the order in which the tasks were registered. When file naming is dependent on the browser, the order can become irregular (unpredictable) when multiple download entries are made simultaneously.

- Rated 5 out of 5by 5-pin DIN, 7 hours agoThis is the best video downloader I've ever used. I'm getting ready to start working in a new area of music production. This add-on lets me download all of the best tutorials from YouTube so I can watch them on my iPad or phone. Love it.

- Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 15508384, 3 days agoI've been using VDH for years. Premium twice, because I like it so much.
It gets 4 stars now (not 5) for two reasons:
1)The developer has disabled the contact page on his site, and there's no way to reach him. This is a problem ...
2)It's a very weird design decision to make me select download directory and file name (from Download As) *after* the download is complete. It causes the Save As system dialog to interrupt what I'm doing, routinely stealing keystrokes meant for another program and erasing the correct filename, wasting my time. Why can't I pre-select that stuff when I *start* the download, like the extension used to do?
