VDH was my favorite downloader for years.... but.... it has gotten SLOWER downloading videos. It used to DL 2 videos at a time.... now it only does 1 most of the time. One video I am trying to DL right now is only 5 minutes long but the DL time is estimated at over 2 hours when it used to take ten minutes or less.

I've only had this not work on some more obscure sites with a streaming video I was attempting to download. Otherwise it works great.

I am so grateful to have this add-on that allows me to save videos to watch later. I use it mostly for webinars and interviews.

I use this all the time to download Twitter videos, works really well: a lot of downloaders have problems with some of the formats Twitter seems to use and just display something like "can't find media on this page"

I tried quite a number of video downloaders before I stumbled accross Video Download Helper. It's been a few years but I haven't looked back since. It's simple to use, quick and effective. When they issue a new version it gets better and better.

Honestly after searching and searching this is the best Video Downloader out there; i havent yet come up to media it can't get!
