Bought this product on Chrome but after 2 months, it's no longer available on Chrome? Now I have to install and pay more money to continue to use it in Firefox?? WTF?!?! SCAM ALERT!!!

I like this downloader, been using it for a while. Interface a bit flaky, but by no means reflects how this software work. Nice one!

It probably does what it claims it can do and it's nice that it's reviewed by Mozilla. However, it can't provide the basic service that it claims that it's designed for, unless the user installs additional software and in my opinion, it's kinda shady that they didn't mention this on their add-on info page. So I removed it without trying further actions.

Should definitely be up front regarding additional required dependencies. Especially when most of the other similar add-ons do mention it. It's almost like, they're hoping to catch a few extra downloads from people who're looking to avoid the additional "helper" executable.

It's handy, the only real drawback is if a page has other files (ads, or videos) and you mouse over them they show as different forms of the same file.

So before it was working ok, it was hard to figure out which clip to download if you watched many, but now you need to install some software on your PC? WHAT? No thanks

Needlessly hard to use, including the necessity of downloading a helper application for several features. Used to be first in class, now it's a mess. Do not recommend this at all.
